The Orchard Project's mission is to plant native Afghan poplars in areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan decimated by war or inundated with pollution from diesel energy generators used by the poor.

By doing so, we aim to help communities improve their own air quality and prevent soil erosion. Additionally, we believe that by extending sustainable business opportunities, we can play a role in the development of a peaceful civil society in this region.
